Martha Diaz is a Paralegal and Marketing Coordinator for Herzog, Yuhas, Fournier & Ardell, LLP.
Ms. Diaz has decades of experience with the litigation process including complex cases that have resulted in numerous eight figure verdicts and settlements.

Ms. Diaz also serves as an assistant to Mr. Herzog.

Martha has a unique understanding of the litigation process from the victim’s point of view having been through the process as a parent. As a result, Martha provides invaluable information, care and support to our clients as they make their way through what can be an otherwise difficult process.
