Kali Fournier
Kali V. Fournier is a partner at HERZOG, YUHAS, FOURNIER & ARDELL LLP, specializing in catastrophic personal injury, elder abuse, bad faith insurance, employment law and product liability cases.
Mrs. Fournier has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research and writing, and trial advocacy. Throughout her legal career, she has achieved several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
Most recently, Mrs. Fournier reached a $2,950,000 settlement in an elder abuse case against a residential care facility, involving a resident who suffered fatal burn injuries. She also recently obtained a $3,000,000 settlement in an auto-pedestrian case and a $2,650,000 settlement in a bad faith insurance matter.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Fournier worked at a prestigious civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. She continued her practice for three additional years, gaining extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal courts, and participated in several trials.
A member of the State Bars of California and Wisconsin, Mrs. Fournier earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where she externed at the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she played Division I soccer for the Sooners.
