Amy Ardell (D)
Ms. Ardell joined our firm in the early 1980’s. She was recognized as a fierce but fair advocate on behalf of consumers throughout her 30 year career. She passed away on September 9, 2009 and is greatly missed.
She was a graduate of Stanford University and received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of West Los Angeles.
She was a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and served on its Board of Governors and Education Committee. She was a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and served on its Board of Governors from 1990 to 1998.
In 1997 she became a member American Board of Trial Advocates, a select group of recognized American trial lawyers.
She was a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law.
She served as trial counsel with Mr. Herzog on landmark cases involving bias in the workplace, sexual harassment in the workplace, glass ceilings, wrongful termination and insurance bad faith.
