Evan Marshall
Evan Marshall, with over 25 years experience in California law, is a specialist in appellate work in the areas of products liability, employment law, aviation law, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, elder abuse, privacy law, public entity liability, and general personal and business torts. He has participated in some 300 appeals and extraordinary writs, and is the author of principal briefs in more than 40 published appellate opinions.
Evan received his B.A. in Philosophy and political Science from UCLA in 1975, a Juris Doctor from the University of California at Davis in 1978, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of London in 1984. He is a frequent author of friend-of-the-court briefs on behalf of consumers, and is recipient of the President’s Award of the Consumer Attorneys of California for his work in advancing plaintiffs’ interests in the development of tort law. He has also been a lecturer at seminars for Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.
