Tom Yuhas

Tom Yuhas and Buddy Herzog have practiced together since 1977.  Both began their legal careers as associate counsel to Aviation Law legend, Ned Good.   Both have extensive aviation experience, including Mr. Yuhas’ years as a C-141 pilot flying international routes from Dover, AFB, DE and as an Electronic Recon pilot at DaNang AB, Viet Nam.  Both are licensed commercial single and multi-engine jet pilots with instrument and type ratings

Mr. Yuhas has prosecuted hundreds of design defect, negligence and product malfunction cases involving a wide range of aviation, automotive, motorcycle, punch press, fire, electrocution and water heater scald accidents.

Mr. Yuhas is a graduate of John Carroll University and The University of San Diego Law School. He was a member of the Moot Court Board, taught legal research and writing at USD and was a contributing editor to the USD Law Review.
