Mr. Yuhas began his legal career in 1977 as associate counsel, with Ian Herzog, at the legendary Los Angeles aviation firm headed by Ned Good. They continued practicing together with the founding of the Herzog Law Firm in 1981.
He was commissioned in the USAF following college and served as a C-141 pilot at Dover, AFB, and as an EC-47 aircraft commander in 1972-1973 at DaNang AB, Republic of Viet Nam. He is a licensed commercial single and multi-engine pilot with instrument and type ratings
Mr. Yuhas has worked on numerous commercial and general aviation crash litigations. He has prosecuted hundreds of product liability cases involving a wide range of aviation, automotive, motorcycle, punch press, industrial machine and water heater scald accidents
Mr. Yuhas is a graduate of John Carroll University and The University of San Diego Law School. He was a member of the Moot Court Board, taught legal writing and research to first year students, and was a contributing editor to the USD Law Review.
