Kali Fournier

Kali Fournier is an attorney with HERZOG, YUHAS, FOURNIER & ARDELL and focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, products liability, elder abuse, premises liability and dangerous conditions of public roadway.

Prior to joining the firm, Kali worked at a prestigious Los Angeles civil litigation firm advocating on behalf of plaintiffs where she continued her work as a practicing attorney for another 3 years. During this time, she gained extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court and worked on several trials. Kali has obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements throughout the course of her career.

A member of the State Bars of California and Wisconsin, Kali received her J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where she participated in the Prosecutor Clinic at the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office. While in law school she received the CALI excellence award for the highest scoring student in Deposition Workshop, Electronic Discovery, and Child Abuse & Neglect.

Kali is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She earned a Division I scholarship to play soccer at University of Oklahoma and received the student-athlete First Team Academic All Big XII Award.
